Are you smiling on the outside,
but on the inside you feel you’re struggling to hold it together?
On a search for peace & happiness? Often feel used or
unappreciated?
Are you secretly battling to recover from trauma
or deeply difficult periods in your past?
Feeling stuck? Angry? Sad or anxious a lot of the time?
Fighting with family?
Constantly arguing with your partner?
Talk therapy may
help.

Therapy may help.
Our lead provider founded CDBCC to provide increased access to high-quality counseling and therapy for everyone and anyone who may be interested in personalizing their healing journey and prioritizing their overall health and wellbeing. Everyone deserves to live their life to its fullest potential. Unfortunately, this task is not always an easy one. Trauma experiences, work/life stressors, dating, school, political climate, finances, family issues, friendships, and relationship difficulties are all just a few of the potential barriers that can prevent us from living the healthiest and most authentic version of ourselves.
During our sessions, you will learn skills which will not only help you to cope with your toughest battles, but thrive in spite of them.

-Felecia, 2023
I was referred to Christa by an individual from a Facebook
Social Work Group. I was under the supervision of Christa’s
for the past two years, and it has a been pleasant and
seamless process. Christa is very professional, all while
still being her authentic self. Although she held the group
accountable for being present in supervision, she was also
very flexible with scheduling and understanding of each
person’s individual needs. I highly recommend Christa to
anyone who has supervision needs.
